Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
- Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.
- You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if the product you purchased is faulty, not as described, or does not perform as promised.
- These rights apply regardless of any additional warranty we may offer.
Change of Mind Returns
- We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging (including manuals, accessories, and hardware).
- Return shipping for change of mind is at the customer’s expense.
Non‐Returnable Items
- Custom or made‐to‐order items (if applicable).
- Products that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged due to incorrect installation.
- Items that are clearly marked as non‐returnable at time of purchase.
How to Return a Product
- Contact our sales team via email or phone with your order number and reason for return.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
Return Shipping
- For returns due to fault, damage, or BMGi’s error, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- For all other returns (e.g. change of mind), customers are responsible for return freight.
Refunds & Processing
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Where products are not returned in resaleable condition (e.g. missing parts, damaged packaging), we may deduct a restocking fee.
Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item (such as ordering the wrong model), please follow the return process and place a new order for the correct product.
- We will assist in making the exchange process as smooth as possible.
Warranty
- Our warranty policy is separate and covers manufacturing defects. Please see our Warranty Policy for details.
- Returns under warranty do not affect your rights under statutory warranties.
