Warranty Policy

Full Warranty Items
  • All products supplied carry a 12 month warranty
  • Batteries & Remotes 6 month limited warranty
  • TMT and DACE products carry a 24 month warranty from date of purchase (motor, gear box and control board only)
Limited Warranty Items
  • Due to user misuse and handling a limited warranty is offered on all remote controls and batteries.
Non Warranty Items
  • Fuses, remote batteries, cable
Warranty Repairs
  • A warranty claim is only recognized if approved by our technician
  • Any products returned for warranty must be accompanied by their original purchase invoice
  • All warranty repairs are carried out by a professional technician from our Brisbane warehouse
  • The freight for returning the repaired item is paid by BMGi except in the case that the product is not found to be faulty, then the return freight must be paid by the customer
Out of Warranty Repairs
  • All warranty repairs are carried out by a professional technician from our Brisbane warehouse
  • Freight for sending the product to us and returning after repairs is paid by the customer
  • The repair charges will include labour cost, any replacement parts and freight
