Heavy Duty Linear Actuator with Limits

Heavy Duty 24V Motor with a compact and clean appearance, powerful and quiet operation. In an emergency, a simple manual override is available through the supplied keys. The system can manage both light and heavy gates with a maximum weight of 450 kg or up to 5mtrs in gate length. Easy to change limit switches guarantee accurate setting of the open and closed positions and a less demanding life on your actuator arm.

Emergency Override

Simple to use manual override in case of an emergency. Simply insert the release key to unlock the actuator then turn the override knob.

Installation Setup

Pull to open setup

This setup involves having the actuator on the inside of the property pulling the gate inwards to open. Post bracket mounted to the rear of the post.

Push to open setup - A

This setup involves having the actuator on the inside of the property pushing the gate outwards to open. Post bracket mounted to the rear of the post. This will be known as option A in the installation manual. For this setup you will be required to purchase the 'Push to Open Bracket'.

Push to open setup - B

This setup involves having the actuator on the inside of the property pushing the gate outwards to open. Post bracket mounted to the inside face of the post or on the same face that the gate is hinged from. This will be known as option B in the installation manual.

** Be aware of the size of your gate posts and hinge position as your gate/s should be no more than 100mm in from the back of your post corner. This is particularly important if you want the actuator arm on the inside of the property pulling the gate inwards to open.

When mounting the control box, we recommend mounting no further than 1.5mtrs from the gate post, helping to prevent any power drop that may occur if running further than this.

If installing the transformer kit, you can place the transformer up to 30mtrs away from the gate and run low voltage cable back down to the main control box which will be located near or on the gate post.

If installing the solar kit, you can run your solar panel cable up to 30mtrs away from the gate where your control box is installed.
