Electric Swing Gate Not Working (D1 Board)

If you have a backup battery connected, try disconnecting the battery, does your gate work now?

Invalid Input

When you use a remote or accessory to work the gate, do the relays (see image A) on the control board click? Is the NC light on (see image B)?

Invalid Input

Make sure the loop wire (see image C) is in between the NC and COM screws and done up tight. Does the gate operate now?

Check bottom left fuse, remove fuse from the board, count to 5 and place back in its fuse holder. Does the board make a range of clicking sounds?

Remove the top left fuse (battery fuse) and place it in the bottom left fuse holder. Does the control board make a range of clicking sounds? does it now operate?

Remove the top left fuse (battery fuse) and place it in the bottom left fuse holder. Does the control board make a range of clicking sounds? does it now operate? yes, it now works yes, it clicks but still not working no, there is no clicking

Is the red power light on? Bottom left corner of the main control board (see image D)

Using a multimeter, take a reading where the transformer wires into on the main control board (see imageD). Make sure your setting is on AC, do you get 16volts?

Check that your powerpoint is on. Check that the powerpoint is working with another appliance. If you have extra cable added to your transformer, check the voltage reading at the 2mtr end piece of transformer cable. Doing all these checks and correcting anything required, does your gate now work?
