Solar Swing Gate Not Working (D1 Board)

When you use a remote or accessory to work the gate, do the relays (see image A) on the control board click? Is the NC light on (see image B)?

When you use a remote or accessory to work the gate, do the relays (see image A) on the control board click? Is the NC light on (see image B)? yes, relays click, NC is on yes, relays click but the NC is off no, board doesn’t click

Make sure the loop wire (see image C) is in between the NC and COM screws and done up tight. Does the gate operate now?

Try bridging the D14 Diode (see image D). Operate your gate, does it work now?

Check top left fuse, remove fuse from the board, count to 5 and place back in its fuse holder. Does the board fire up?

Remove the bottom left fuse and place into the top left fuse holder. Does the board fire up? does it now operate?

Remove the bottom left fuse and place into the top left fuse holder. Does the board fire up? does it now operate? yes, it now works yes, it clicks but still not working no, there is no clicking

Do you have a multimeter?

Check voltage at the control board NC and COM (see image E), they should be reading a minimum of 11.5volts. Are you getting this or higher?

Check your battery voltage, is it reading under 12v?

If you have a working 12v battery, try it on your system. Does the gate operate now?

Check your actuator is working. Does your actuator work off the battery?
